Becoming Light
Thursday Follow Up Wave sent: 9:31 – 10:32 a.m.
The wind was whipping outside my windows, so I brought in the energy of the Mystery by allowing the wind energy, like a great and powerful force, to move us, sway us, and change us.
We had a lot of housecleaning to do this morning. Like sediment in the bottom of a lake, a lot of old negative memories were stored up from yesterday’s waves. The Great Energy swept thorugh and cleared it all for us.
There was also a tiredness in the crown vortex. It took us until 30 minutes into this Wave to get the fog cleared out for the sunshine to pour down through the crown vortex and into us.
I brought us back to the moment we are in.
Things happening through our technology screens—even emails to and from someone, are really not in our real times space or location.
Wouldn’t it be different if we only spoke of what we did in our own physical space? We didn’t talk about our lives, but we talked about our moments today: I fried pork belly with Redmond’s pink salt. I practiced squatting and tied the movement into my daily habits. I had to cover my legs in a blanket from the temperature drop today. It’s kind of boring, but it’s actually our real life.
Let’s try it! What did you do in the last couple of hours? Let’s become more boring, calm, peaceful, stillness.
This was a very grounded Wave. A ton of practical solutions came in. This is a result of a clear mind from a clear crown vortex, and grounded energy through the feet and legs.
An eagle soared in circles outside my windows for the last part of this session. It floated on the wind higher and higher, until a crow decided to attack it. Haha
We thank the Light for protecting us as energy comes at us from every direction. Thank you for filling us, and buffering us so that we can have a happy, healthy life.
FRIDAY Follow Up Wave sent: 10:18 – 11:25 p.m. PDT
Let’s be proud of how much we are stepping into the Light. Like a kid in a new dress or a superhero costume, let’s twirl, jump, and shine.
This Wave quickly turned into creative, problem-solving downloads. Our crown vortex channeled Light down through us to bring inspiration, and ideas.
Write down all of the areas that you feel stuck in life. Take 2 courses of action: 1: visualize and pray about the path to get unstuck. 2: find a way to build action toward that goal into a daily habit so that you actually work on it.
You know how AI and humans are at a point of merging? Well, here in the Waves, we are merging with the Light. So much Light swirled down through our crown in this Wave, that it felt like we were trying to become Angels.
Immediately, we were kicked out, and into our issues, separating us from Source. So, I cleared that, and get us back to pure Light again and again.
For example, negative thoughts would come in, and I would see a black thread to our neck area (an old pattern—usually a negative communication.) I’d clear that, we’d return to being flooded with Light, then, I’d see a black net over us. It reminded me of the net my farmer neighbor used to lay over his blueberry fields. I lifted this oppressive pattern off of us, because it separates us from the Light. Then, a fluid grey energy, the feeling of defeat, doubt, or despair, would show up. I released all of these barriers until we had direct access to the Light again.
Let’s keep going! Let’s work to embody the Light—to become the Light. This does not mean we have to die to be the Light. Things are changing so fast here on earth with AI, that I think we have to make it a priority to have our own supernatural powers to rise above whatever happens, and to have a clear instinct. It’s time for all senses and awareness to be turned ON.
Don’t get discouraged if one minute you feel amazing, and the next, fallen. Just release what has taken you down. Ask the Angels to take it from you, write out what you want to feel, and set up a routine in your schedule when you take action.
