Complain Away
Upcoming 10/2 Wednesday Wave
When I used to work with people individually, I would have them complain first. Some people were uncomfortable with this, not wanting to be negative, but their complaint showed me very clearly what they did not want, pointing me to what they want.
When I visualize with my family, I have them start with something that is worrying them. This gives us a launching pad. We can then imagine the opposite of the stressful situation to help pave the way for something new to occur.
There are different kinds of complaining.
One is where you are resigned to the situation. That kind of complaint drags you and everyone around you down. It’s like sitting in the mud instead of standing up, moving out of the situation, and showering off. All of your friends and family fall into depression with you as they helplessly watch you accept the mud life.
Whining without the energy of demanding change behind it, builds up your low vibrational reality even further. It’s hard for anyone to be around you because they get dragged into your mud pit in the name of compassion. Now, not only do you feel bad, but you’ve spewed the toxicity to those who love you.
The kind of complaining I am talking about is healthy. It’s where you look around you and say, “What the….?! I hate this. I won’t live like this. This sucks! This is not for me. I’m stuck! I want out. I hate this! I’ve had enough.” That’s the launching pad.
From that point of emotion, you draw the line. The Angels hear you loud and clearly. They hear that you want change and a new situation now.
That’s when we begin to create a vision of new magical worlds to step into. Our vision creates new pathways to walk along. The Angels get to work opening multiple doorways for us to choose from.
So, complain away today for the group wave tomorrow! Throw those complaints up to the universe and EXPECT shit to change. Now.
