It’s Time To Take a Shower

I am all settled in Wild Wonderful West Virginia and am ready to continue the Wild Wonderful Wednesday Wave!
When I practice each morning, the energy is very grounded, so it’s easy to send. I think the effortless transmission is because it’s very earthy here in the rolling hills, rich soil, and humidity. I feel very energized breathing in all of this fresh air.
I keep seeing tarp-covered mounds around town. I walk past with caution until I realize with relief, “Ohhhh, that’s not a drugged homeless man sleeping. The tarps are covering garden supplies, equipment, stacked wood, mulch, etc.”
I am heartened to see all kinds of community organizations donating food, toiletries and baby supplies to families. Unlike Seattle, the little free library across the road has no books in it, but is filled with canned and boxed food. I watch men drive up to the tiny free library in the night when they are less likely to be seen. They open the little glass door, fill their grocery bags from the three shelves, and drive away quickly. I feel great love as I imagine their wives thrilled by the free food or shampoo that they bring home.
I am also very thankful for my timing. When I left Seattle, it was nice and cool. I seem to have left just in time, before the western heat wave hit. I’ve hardly had to turn on the AC in my cool little WV cottage. I’m feeling like I followed my knowing and landed where I am supposed to be.
So, now that I’ve scoped the town and am all settled in, let’s get this wave moving!
I appreciate hearing that some of you are doing your best to return to the light on your own, working to get that aligned feeling back. The cool thing about the group wave is that it gives you a reference point. You can remember what it feels like to live in the flow and strive to reset every day.
If you struggle a bit, it is normal to fall out of the frequency of light. In the same way that we clean the kitchen and bathroom again and again, we have to clean our energy. It is time to take our shower. We could also call the Wednesday Wave, the Wednesday Shower of Light.
I can’t wait to get started and bring us all together in light again. “See you” on Wednesday for our three hours of healing energy.
First Wave
Wave time from 11:07 a.m. – 12:14 p.m. EASTERN Standard Time. So, that’s 8:07 a.m. – 9:14 a.m. PST (my normal times.)
I thought I would get started even earlier than this but my body is on Pacific Time and had other plans. But this is good! It slowly eases us into earlier times one hour at a time.
The first part of this wave was about pulling us out from under family dominance. There’s nothing like family to crush you with their weight and put you in your little isolated, silenced, girl self. We cast all control off of us. We release ourselves from those who think we should still be small children in their presence. We ask the Angels to shove all smothering energies back and off of us—whether this be your family, friends, coworkers, boss, neighbors, or government.
It’s very interesting to bring the group wave high on the first wave, especially after we’ve had a week off. It’s like slowly revving up an engine to fly.
It’s also different to bring the energy high when the air feels like water. Haha, West Virginia air feels like you are swimming through a slow, moving liquid. The good news is that the air quality is crystal clear where I am. The sun is bright and I overlook a field. I’m surrounded by flowers…and we’ll just ignore the 4th of July wreaths and banners on the doors and porch…God help me.
Let’s see how this goes today. There is nothing for you to do yet, but just keep going about your day with a state of receiving.
The light is around us and even through us, but it feels slow. I ask the Angels to move in and raise the vibration of this group today, even if I have to raise the vibration of this whole town today. Whatever it takes, Angels, bring us back to our highest selves.
Amen.
2nd Wave
The Second Wave was sent from 2:37 – 3:20 p.m. EST, so that’s 11:37 a.m. – 12:20 pm. Pacific Time (where I had been sending them from.) For the next 3 months, the waves will be Eastern Standard Time.
We did it! We broke through!
I felt an anger in between the 1st and 2nd waves. For me, healthy anger always means that I will not stand for a stuck vibration and am breaking through to create massive change. It’s like a statement to the universe to shift things. I sent out messages about my unmet needs and then took care of myself with a delicious Frappuccino, lunch, and a short, wonderful, in-person visit with my mother. She brought solutions, answers, and calm with her. After that, the second group wave soured quickly up into peace and joy.
This wave seemed to flood the field across from me with light. I checked in all around my place—all sides were in a huge flood of light. Sorry, everyone who lives and works around my cottage this summer! The group wave is here and your lives will change. Haha
I remember when I lived in Denver, both men who lived on each side of my house, retired, moved, and started whole new lives after I moved in. They did not even know each other, but the light from my house, where I worked, affected them each the same way.
I felt huge positivity and hope from the effortless energy moving through this 2nd wave. We pushed through that first one like trying to run fast in a swimming pool. But in this 2nd one, our light shot across the water easily. It was like when you swing your arms and let your flat hands spray the water up from the surface of a pool.
I say to the energy around my summer home: I am here. And I am here to stay for a while. May my light and my Angels take over this land.
May we all go higher. May we all feel hope amid crisis.
I would like to lift up all who are suffering. May your Angels surround you and be with you. May the Light carry you through.
There is one more wave to go today! I’m excited to see how high we go. It feels like freedom coming.

Third Wave
From 4:40 – 5:37 p.m.
This wave surprised me. We did not go higher and brighter.
We went deeper. The light shifted to a deep sea blue and spread out from us like forever peace.
It felt like we were the calm in the center of the hurricane.
Note to self: when the sun is hot, the energy may not go brighter to burn us up. The 3rd Wave may cool us into the depths of the oceans to experience a deep peace that connects us all.
Feel the peace.
Feel the anchored, solid depths of grounded energy.
