Judgement and Criticism

Thursday Follow-Up Wave 8/15/24

When we spend a lot of time with people, their judgment and control can start to encroach on our freedom of light. 

Our light wants to expand out into a large bubble of love, kindness, and power. This power feels like self-confidence and self-esteem because the divine light has no hang-ups. When we radiate this light, some people will try to shut us down. 

If you are a vertical tube of light—which on one level of the energy field, you are—the tube of flowing light can narrow as people try to dampen your radiant personality. Think of a shiny, smooth metal pipe, versus one made of clay that has sediment built up on the walls, constricting the space for water to flow. 

Today, I melted all of that gossip and criticism away from you. I widened that tube, or waterfall, of vertical light. More energy began to flow up and down, making you invincible, unstoppable, and of course, brighter. This is called, rising above. 

People accidentally and intentionally try to knock us down a few notches. Glow brighter and stronger to melt away their little rejections of your behavior. Burn brighter and higher. Glow stronger. 

I believe in you. 

You are the light. 

Carry the torch proudly. 

Laugh, sing, and play. 

Be large. 

Breathe deeply. 

The Divine adores you as you are.
