Friday Wave

Friday Wave sent 11:33 a.m. – 12:24 p.m. Mountain Time.

Today, I asked the Angels to take our vibe from low to high. Imagine waking up sleepy and needing to be the Light for the people in your life. Today’s wave got us ready for that. 

I assisted the Angels by visualizing that I was running slowly at first and then took off into a fast effortless run. 

I asked that we are replenished. 

I assisted by opening up our receiving vortex above our head so that we download care and goodness from above. 

You can help to receive this love by making a list of little things that you need. Imagine that you are taking in each one of these actions or things. For example, imagine yourself getting craniosacral work, lying in the grass at the park, or feeling clean and free of toxins. 

I saw an image of myself gliding along easily underwater near the end of this session. All felt peaceful, easy, and calming. 

We give thanks to the Angels for always sending love and gifts our way.
