Overtaken

Thursday Wave sent 9:02 – 10:09 a.m. PDT 

In this wave, I grounded us by running energy through our feet and legs. 

Just like yesterday, I removed all of the conversations running through our head so that we are an empty vessel to receive the Light. 

And then, I went into a trance. Haha Sorry that I have nothing else to say about this wave, but sometimes, the Light just blanks out my mind. I am aware of it and try to use my brain to take notes to tell you, but when it happens this strongly, all there is in my mind is Light, like nothingness. This is when we are healed on all levels—physical, spiritual, mental…and even the connections to our friends and family that affect our energy field.

If you want to experience this kind of energy when you do meditations alone, be sure to get grounded first, like I did for us here. That pulls the most Light down through you. 

FRIDAY FOLLOW UP WAVE sent: 9:25 – 10:25 a.m. PDT 

Again! Overtaken by the power of the Mystery!

The Friday Wave started out with total creativity and positivity. Allow any ideas and thoughts like that to flow through your mind when meditating, because they are a frequency match to the divine Light. Highly creative thinking is not an energetic blockage for the stream of Light. These high vibe thoughts are a sign you are channeling Light! 

There was an unusual stillness outside my windows for this session. The city already did the road work above my intersection, early this morning. To my surprise, instead of concrete medians, they installed bright yellow plastic barriers, like boundaries made of sunlight. So little traffic came through that I don’t even know what do with all of this peace, except breeeeathe…deeply. 

Of course, we made sure all energetic boundaries are clear around us today. Clear means bright, but also, “clear” means that people around you get the message clearly. I’ve felt a new sense of freedom lately from a major, swift, and clear boundary I set. I don’t miss their slurred speech, misunderstandings, and whining one single bit. I actually keep noticing that I completely forgot about them. Will I block them forever? Probably not, but it feels so good and happy for the last week! 

The Light took me over this session, just like yesterday’s Wave. I remember seeing rooms, as if clearing them, and I saw my spirit dog lying on the floor beside me on his back, like he used to do when he was time traveling! I saw a future joyous scene in my family. This Wave was beyond time and space.
