Thursday Follow-Up Wave 8/22

Wave sent: 10:48 a.m. – 12:07 p.m. EDT 

This wave came in strong from the energy we had built up yesterday. It felt like fun, joy, and empowerment. 

The light flushed out a little more emotional pain from what we cleared yesterday. This process today was quick because we had built up so much light from the Wednesday Wave. 

Think of your energy field as a glass votive shaped like the letter V. Today, the light came down from above, swirled into the bottom of that glass cone and washed out any residue still sitting in the bottom. 

This cleanse was quick because the light was already flowing so strongly, happily, and alively :). 

It was easy to get us grounded in this wave. The energy reminded me of a rainstick as the pebbles pour down through hollowed wood. 

We are in our power. 

Healing is here. 

Peace is running through us. 

May we stride and glide through this day.
