Scattered Summer Fun

Sometimes life is so exciting that we lose our center. 

Stress is not always from bad things happening. We can also get scattered and ungrounded from so much fun going on. Sometimes we keep socializing and playing hard on these summer holidays even if our body feels exhausted. 

Let’s use this Wednesday Wave to pull our light back to us. We don’t have to stop the fun, but let’s make sure we keep up energetically. 

We ask the Angels to pull our life force back to us. 

We ask that they center us. 

We ask that our immune system stay strong. 

We ask that we cherish every moment of love from our experiences. 

We ask that we appreciate and cherish this time.
