Sea Anemones

We hold it all in peace

First Wave sent: 9:35 – 10:36 a.m. PDT 

The Light came in strong and felt like pure joy!! Our vibration went up, up up! 

We were showered in love from the divine for about a half hour. 

Then, I gave thanks for how the Light has opened doors and supported us by sending us any information we needed to help us reach our goals. 

Many of you chimed in during this wave with your text responses to mine: “Are you ready for some Liiiiight?!!” As your hearts and affirmations dinged in, it cheered me on to take us even higher, because your participation brought an element of fun and play!  

Then, the wave got quieter, as I worked deep in the body on any aches, pains, and stiffness. I grounded our feet and got the energy to flow through us. 

Our energy is circulating in the body now. We have a strong flow of Light within and through us. 

Second Wave sent: 12:43 – 1:42 p.m. PDT 

After that first wave, I walked down to the lake. Within seconds of my arrival, an older man tripped over his little dog and fell to the ground. 

I was right there, helping him up and assuring him that he’s so lucky to have landed on the grass and not the asphalt. I watched the whole thing, and am still not sure how he did end up on the soft earth! 

Thankful that nothing was broken, I told him he may be sore tomorrow and handed him his wallet. He looked me in the eyes and said “Thank you,” with a look of bewilderment, like, “Where did you even come from, and how am I not injured?” 

I am calm. I am earth angel. I am here to serve. 

One reason to fill with light on a regular basis, like we are doing with this Wednesday Wave, is so that we are in the flow. Having the flow of light through us, pulls us into a kind of river of energy through our lives, which lands us straight into the right place, at the right time, to serve and to help. 

I overrode the body in this wave, to transport us into a place of no pain, but just pure peace. 

The energy of love, peace, contentment and happiness flooded this second wave. 

On Wednesdays, I really stop my life to notice colors and shapes. When we are so focused on our chores, we miss half of the gorgeous beauty all around us. 

The wind pushed into the bright green, yellow, and red trees from every angle, creating this sea anemone effect below my windows. I joined the fluid motion of the dancing trees, to help us become one with the rhythm of nature. 

Third Wave sent: 3:37 – 4:38 p.m. PDT 

White Light took us over. From the second this third wave started, to the end, we were immersed in pure white light. Every cell and every muscle of our body was soaked in healing light. Did you feel it?

Peace. The only way I can describe it is peace. 

Peace always feels different to me than joy. The high vibe that we start the first wave with is excited, enthusiastic joy—and we need that to get the vibe high for the day! But we often end with sweet peace, which also includes some sadness. 

Some of you get confused and upset when I say that.

To try to explain, I don’t mean the emotional wailing of sorrow. I mean, holding the world in your hands—the colorful, budding beauty of spring, and the destruction from tornados, flooding, and earthquakes. Loving it all.

In total peace, breathing deeply with eyes open to it all. Allowing. Trusting the Light is present for us all.

The Light floods each situation. We are safe in the Light no matter what happens. We are calm. We are whole.
