The Concert Bounce

Thursday Follow-Up Wave 9/5/24

Thursday Follow-Up Wave sent: 9:44 – 10:31 a.m. MT Mountain Time

This wave was all about synchronizing our brain with our body and soul. It’s like the left and right sides of our body needed re-attuned to the mind. I could see the light crisscrossing through us and across the layers of our energy field. 

The soul part of this synchronizing came with visions of myself climbing a ladder. I see this often in meditations, where I reach with the right arm and left leg, then the left arm and right leg climbing spiritually higher. 

The whole first part of the session today was about this reprogramming or resetting of mind, body, and spirit. At the end, I saw us bouncing up and down on our feet as the energy surged upward in the tube around us. If you want to envision it, it’s kind of like the way you would jump slightly up and down if you were in a crowded concert where you were feeling the high vibe but needed to stay in your own space or column of light. 

We ask the Angels to support us today. 

We ask them to guide us. 

We’ll take all the help we can get to lift into a higher vibration.
