Thursday Follow-Up Wave 10/3

Texting the star again is so much fun!! I have missed the fun vibe that comes with all of your text responses. You bring an energy to the table when we have the text threads going! 

For those of you who didn’t get the star text, you only receive one if you signed up for the follow up wave today. I send it out after I pour the light into the names on the list. Join us next week! (Group Clearing)

This follow-up wave is intended to clean up any residual energy you may have purged from the three blasts of light yesterday. A few people continue processing the next day, so I created the follow-up waves to help them integrate the changes. The rest of you who sign up just do it to keep the light flowing, but it also serves to get you in the habit of downloading light every day. In some way, shape, or form, see if you can consciously connect to the light on days that I don’t offer the wave. 

This wave today: 

At first, I could see the energy in our spine and spinal cord spinning and twisting like a twist drill bit made of light. It was so sparkly and mesmerizing! 

Today’s wave was about integrating the changes from yesterday. When we advance, or grow, it’s good to make sure all systems are in sync. 

The spiraling energy of the spine was one form of integration—centering us. But I also activated sections of the body, one at a time, to make sure all were balanced: whole left side of body, right side, lower body, upper body, and then criss-crossed the energy to make sure all areas were connecting. 

The energy today just felt fun and light and free. Enjoy!!

I will be sending less emails now that we have the star texting back. I love the emails as much as some of you do, so, I’ll see what feels right as I go. But, by the end of this week, I will have sent you 7 emails, which is not ok. Hahah! I began sending the newsletter after each wave report when I could not send the star texts, so you will still hear from me here in the wave reports, but not as often.
