First Wave – How to Shift Your Mood
First Wave sent: 11:22 a.m. – 12:14 p.m. Mountain Time
We got the energy flowing in this first wave today. I took our vibe from “off” or sluggish to moving and receiving.
Have you ever tried to get out of a bad mood by giving thanks for what is going right? Only, it doesn’t change your mood, but just irritates you even more?
Here is how I shift the mood, like I did in this first wave:
I ask for help from the divine, but I also get my own energy moving. We have to be in a receiving state. The only way the Angels can dump light into us is if the vortexes and channels are flowing and can pull the light through us.
That’s why in this first wave, I unclog the circuits. You can practice with this exercise that I used in today’s wave:
Tune into your neck and shoulders to see if they are stiff. If so, loosen them for a second. Then move to your rib cage. Stiff? Move it around, even if you have to do it subtly because of a business meeting. Your waist? Is it tight or stiff? Move it. Hips? Stretch them for a second, even if in your chair. Legs, feet and ankles? Bend them, flex them.
In this group wave, when I move down through the body like that, the energy follows. The light can get through. Combined with our intention, our prayers and our asking, the Light can move through us.
Now we are a conduit of light, of magic, of serendipity. Now we are ready to live this day alive and awake.

2nd Wave of 10/2
2nd Wave Sent: 2:35 – 3:18 p.m. Mountain Time
In this 2nd wave of the day, I lifted up our woes.
You can join me by imagining a package in your hands that you lift up to the Angelic realm. Don’t worry, they will dissolve and clear it, like a magical recycling system.
Imagine that everything you are dragged down by is in this package. Lift it up and give it away.
After I cleared us, our light got very sparkly and white, like we were in a healing state. Our energy began to circulate up and round and round like a fountain as if cleansing not only ourselves, but anyone or anything around us.
If we maintain our energy often, like we are doing here in the weekly group waves, our energy bubble becomes bigger. We start to circulate enough power in our flow that anything standing around us gets flushed out too. Don’t worry, your energy field won’t do this unless it’s strong enough to move out lower vibes.
If you ever feel like your energy started to clear someone or someplace but it didn’t move all of it out of your energy field, just take a walk or take a shower (or bath). This will typically help your light to circulate and flush itself.
By the end of this wave, there was a lot of energy of love and care. It was a calm peaceful state from lifting up all of the heavy energy that we did not want to carry.

3rd Wave – The Amethyst Club
Third wave sent: 5:02 – 5:43 p.m. Mountain Time.
I got so caught up in the star emoji texting that I forgot to share this story.
When I stood in the mass chaos of a constant stream of Ubers pulling up in front of me to pick up passengers from the Denver airport the other night, I decided to read the description of my driver in the app. It said, “Warrior of love and light.” I laughed because I remember this big, hairy guy driving me when I came through Denver at the beginning of my 3 month summer adventure, and now here he is again at the end of it.
As he drove up and tried to get out of helping me with my luggage, he seemed a little weirded out that I was so excited to see him. Haha, I asked if he still had his huge amethyst in the passenger seat. Sure enough he holds up this large purple club, still sitting there, protecting him.
When he dropped me off at my destination and reluctantly helped with my luggage, he looked away as he put something in my hand. It’s a gorgeous clear quartz crystal that gives off great energy! Let the magic continue!
For those of you who were in the wave today, thank you for trying out the new star ✨ texting method. For those of you just joining, I had to find an easier way to text you a ✨ emoji to let you know that I had just sent you a ton of light.
The first star text today was hidden in a ton of words on either side of it, dear lord. And at first glance, the second wave’s text looked like it said, “STOP and END the ✨ !” The app won’t let me send you just an emoji with no text, so I settled on “Ariel ✨.” The third time worked like a charm!
Speaking of the third wave:
We look good! Our upper vortex widened to receive more light. Think of a large satellite disc, ready to receive more frequencies. A little funnel can only handle so much coming in, so we want that crown vortex to be open wide, and a grounding vortex to balance it.
The energy of this wave was all about easily receiving immense peace. The light energized us with joy and enveloped us in divine love.
Our vortexes are wide right now, so spend the evening visualizing prosperity, health and happiness so that you can drink it all in!
