First Wave Today 7.24.24
I always love this first wave of the day.
It felt like peace and like all is right with the world. All is perfectly as it should be in the space around us.
This is the day that we return to love. No matter how off-course the week and weekend may have thrown us, this is the day that we return to the feeling of Great Love. We get saturated with the light until we become the light.
The first wave was like a rush of Light and refreshing energy pouring into and over us.
Feel the high and the joy, because in the second wave, we usually dig up old pains and move them out. Let the strength of this first energy build up, in and around you, so that it can do its cleanup work in the third wave.

The Angels like to prove me wrong whenever I predict what the next wave will be about. In the first wave report of today, I said that this 2nd one would be about digging out old pain because they usually are! But, nope. I remember thinking, now everyone is going to dread the 2nd wave! So, the Angels changed it up.
In this second wave, they flooded us with smooth, cooling liquid-like water that moved through our deep levels. When there is a large amount of healing frequency like this, it’s hard to even feel the past wounds that are being cleaned up.
The cool thing about energy work is that we don’t always have to feel past painful events. The light can just move in and heal it. If there is enough calming light, it can carry out the old debris with us barely noticing the unwanted energy as it leaves us. Because there was so much of the peaceful energy, it overrode and replaced any past painful feelings.
Let me know if any of you experienced this wave any differently than this. I would love if this easier method is our new norm for this second wave! Angels, we would like this healing style repeated, please!
At one point I saw that blue waterfall of energy that surged up and down through us, as if we were in a vertical tube of clear, light blue, rushing water. This has been happening most Wednesdays. It’s a way of refreshing the energy in the body, but also cleansing it.
The energy at the end of this session looked like a soft, sparkly, shimmering yellow light, so I can’t wait to see what the last wave is like!
3rd Wave 7.24.24

Blessed.
Have you ever noticed that when people describe some people, they start out with the adjective, “poor?” Like, “poor so and so.” And then they tell you about some struggle that person is in again?
In a small town, I’m constantly hearing the gossip about all of the past hardships people endured. That’s just how they describe each other—even if the bad times were 20 years ago!
So, to get the reputation, “Blessed,” you kind of have to create it and believe it yourself, no matter what other people say.
Have you ever noticed that if you ask blessed people about their lives, you find out they have endured all kinds of terrible things? And yet, they walk around as if so cared for, and we see them as so lucky!
This 3rd wave of the day was all about feeling blessed with light, with love, and with the divine.
Feeling blessed is a practice that I’ve used my entire life. I’ve always felt the Light shining down on me. Does shit go down? Absolutely. But I feel blessed every day—even through the tough times. Why? I am constantly praying and connecting to the Divine through stillness, music, writing, nature, and meditation.
Today the Light blessed us, loved us, and adored us. We are whole and complete in the light. The only way to achieve that blessed feeling is to cultivate it. It’s a state of receiving.
In this last group wave, the light poured over us. Take it in. Breathe it in. Become it. You are showered in light. Everything else in your life is created from this energy. All else radiates out from this point.
Today, you are blessed in Divine Light.
Let it ripple out from here.
