Wed. Wave 9/4/24
First Wave of Sept 4
First Wave: 9:15 – 9:59 a.m. Mountain Time
The Wave is so much easier for me to send from Denver than from West Virginia. Closer to the sun? It makes no sense to me because Denver has some major city issues, but wow, is the vibe high anyway!
In the first part of the wave, I called in healing and calming light. I could feel the influx of Angels arriving to flood us with love today.
I grounded our energy so that we can take in every bit of happiness that they bring us. I imagined skipping along in joy to help ground the light through our legs and feet. I imagined being agile, light on my feet, and light in body.
The word “grounded” is often used to describe someone practical and solid. But for me, grounded means that the divine light is not out there somewhere, but coursing through your very being and shooting out your feet. You are alive and awake.
I continued to ground us in this wave by listening to music with a good drum beat. I imagined us stomping in a kind of celebratory dance of joy. When light rays spray out of our hands and feet, we know we are plugged into the Divine Light.

2nd Wave of 9/4
2nd Wave Sent: 12:48 – 1:44 p.m. Mountain Time
I started this one out by chanting to music. I usually just sing the accompaniment to the main melody. I don’t even sing the actual words because that uses a different part of the brain. That part of my brain is out of the way in these waves to allow light to pour through the crown chakra. So, I tone and harmonize with the uplifting songs until we are “in.”
When we got in sync with the stream of yellow-white light, I wished that I could call the Group Wave, our weekly “Golden Shower,” but that term is already taken. Haha Oh well.
This part of the wave was like a shower for our souls. All stress and tension were dissolved in light. There was no structure, but just a. molecular rearranging in the miracle of light.
After the deep healing, I made sure we were grounded with energy in our legs. I noticed new perspectives and ideas coming in. I love that part of energy work. It’s like our eyes and mind are washed and cleaned to start fresh and see what new solutions we come up with.
We are brilliant, creative beings, with extreme perception when our energy is clear.
We ask that the grand finale, 3rd wave, today is just as potent as these two. Thank you, Angels for guiding us.

3rd Wave of 9/4
3rd Wave Sent 3:49 – 4:33 p.m. Mountain Time
The powers that be must have heard my golden shower joke because a storm rolled in right before this wave and cleaned and cooled the city. There was only supposed to be a 10% chance of rain in a few hours, but it rolled in dramatically and washed the city for my third wave.
I had just seen two beautiful, young teen boys snorting coke in their car, so thank you, Angels, for the cleansing shower. May everyone in this area around me be cleansed, cleared and healed.
This wave was about getting us into a gliding state of flow like fish in water. At one point I saw a vision of myself rising upward in the ocean toward the light above. The image helped to get the energy to flush up through and around us to clear and soothe us.
I noticed my neck jutting forward from over-concern for the people I love, so I released it and realigned my posture. As the underwater scene was healing us, I thought about how the Wednesday Wave is a day where all of the attention is on us. Yes, we may give a lot, and we may add our loved ones to the wave, but if our name is also on the list, we too, receive all day long.
Take it in. It’s all for you. Heal and feel the deep peace.
